ESPectre first-party source is generally distributed under GPLv3, with separate commercial licensing available only through an express written agreement. Individual files, contributions, dependencies, firmware images, documentation, trademarks, and media may carry different or additional notices. Project name and presentation

The ESPectre name, logo, website presentation, and project materials may not be used to imply sponsorship, certification, endorsement, or an official relationship without permission. Open-source software permissions do not automatically grant rights in names, logos, or third-party marks.
